My mission is to empower every person with progressive daily workouts while providing a lifestyle building program to promote health and strength. I've written a year long workout program which guides the participant with daily workouts and progressive movement to help you reach your goals. My program is now an Apple app and shows you what exercise to do each day. It will tell you how many reps and sets to achieve. I am also available to help modify and accommodate your workouts for your specific needs.
