My app contains 17 cycles which lay out specific movements, reps, and sets. If you’re unsure of the movements, you can click on the name of the exercise to see video of my husband or me performing the moves. There is space for you to record your implemented weights so you can try for more the next time you do that particular workout.

If you follow through and you’re consistent, this is sure to get you positive results.
